On creativity, identity, and the things we write when no one’s watching.
I don’t really like posting online. I don’t love being perceived. And I definitely don’t need to brand myself.
But I’ve always wanted a creative outlet. One that felt like mine, something that wasn’t tied to my job, my face, or some polished version of myself online.
The Gloss Edition is just that. A little bit moody, a little bit girly, and probably a little too honest at times.
It’s a lifestyle blog, technically. But it’s also a place for me to write, share my thoughts, unfilter a little. I want to talk about things I love, fashion, home, beauty, identity, and things I don’t love, dating! Either way, I want informative, insightful, and interesting things to take up these pages in an authentic and honest way, not something that feels like a campaign brief or a presentation deck.
I work a corporate job, if you couldn’t tell from my subtleties. I spend most of my day writing in other brand’s voices. This is mine.
So this is for the quiet creatives. The other thinkers. The stylish girls who feel everything just a little too much. The ones trying to make something beautiful out of being in their 20s.
The Gloss Edition is my lifestyle journal… in full gloss.
No face attached. No pressure to explain. Just writing, style, and the kind of digital magazine I wish existed, so I created it.
